-The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard.

-As the building is listed, the rest of the inside of the building is also due to be carefully refurbished including the hallways however this is the last part to be done. The hallways are currently being refurbished

If early check in or late check out is requested, fees may apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will accommodate this where possible, however, we ask for this to please be requested when you are booking. We are unable to accommodate late check out requests during your stay as the cleaners schedule is arranged in advance.

Parking is limited in the centre of Bath as most streets are for residential permits or pay and display (usually with a 2 hour max). The closest car park to the apartment is The Podium (BA1 5BN)

Strictly no smoking within the apartment or building - additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
