This spacious ground floor one bedroom apartment has been lovingly and tastefully created from what was once one of the oldest pubs in Bristol.
Located just a 2 minute walk from the heart of Bristol's harbourside, the pub was once frequented by explorers and merchant traders returning from explorations around the world.
The nature of the conversion means that the apartment is much bigger than you would expect from a new build flat and has been created with your comfort in mind with it’s high end finishes, state of the art kitchen and a beautiful walk in shower.
The apartment has a smart TV in the living room as well as the bedroom, a king size bed, a washer dryer, ultrafast Wi-Fi and central heating. With its open plan kitchen and living area it’s ideal for guests to spend some quality time with each other.

For larger groups, multiple apartments can be booked as a block booking. There are 7 apartments available in total sleeping up to 20 guests in total. Please enquire for group availability.
The property is self check in. You will be sent a unique set of codes on your day of arrival to access the main entrance and the apartment.
Due to it's central location, there is a potential for noise as with any city centre location
No Smoking Policy
We have a strict no smoking inside the property policy. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the property— including smoke odour, cigarette ash, or cigarette butts — you will be charged an additional fee after check out.
Treating smoke odour is timely, costly and necessary to ensure the property is fresh and clean for the next guests.
