Apartment 1 is on the ground floor and is all on one level. This lovely apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sofa bed in the living room which is a small double.

Bedroom one has a super king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower

Along the hallway you will find another bathroom with a shower

Bedroom two has an extra king size bed (This is the same width as a super king size bed, the length is slightly shorter at 6 foot).

There is an open plan living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa with smart TV. There is also a washer dryer machine in the apartment.

This property can be found in the central location of Cumberland Row, which is just a few minutes’ walk into Bath City Centre. Bath is a World Heritage Site famed for its Georgian architecture and has an excellent range of shopping facilities, together with many other amenities including a number of fine restaurants and attractions to visit.

If arriving by car: Due to it's central location, street parking is limited. 

-Charlotte Street Car Park BA1 2NE is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, it is a 3 minute walk away from the property. 

-The Podium Car Park BA1 5BN is a 9 minute walk from the property 

If arriving by train: Bath Spa train station is a 14 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi journey away. There is a taxi rank outside of the train station
