Your booking includes two separate, fully self-contained apartments located one above the other within the same building, each with its own private entrance.

Each apartment is set over two floors and has been stylishly furnished to a high standard, with its own double bedroom, comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with waterfall shower.

Both apartments have everything you need to settle in and feel at home, including Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities and washing machines.

This setup is ideal for families, groups of friends or colleagues travelling together, giving you the convenience of staying in the same building while still having plenty of space and privacy.

Please note that the apartments are completely separate and are not internally connected. Each apartment is accessed via its own private entrance.

You will have private access to the whole of both apartments during your stay

Travel cot and high chair are available on request when booking.

Due to it's central location, parking is limited in the city centre:

-College Street Short Stay Car Park, BS1 5UU is directly opposite the apartment.

-Britannia Car Park BS1 5LF is better for longer stay parking

The apartment is set over two floors and has stairs within the property.

Strictly no smoking within the property - additional fees will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

If early check in or late check out is requested, fees will apply to cover the cleaners cost. We will accommodate this where it is possible.
